Save factory error

Hello,
I have an error on my pc when i try to save the factory file.
The message is "impossible to open the file in write mode" (or something like this because it's a translation french to english).
Models and Processes directory are created, model contained 2 files, but Processes is empty.
I don't remember if i already have this error before but i'm sure i've already save a factory file for my first prints.

PC with Windows 10 pro 64 bits, space disk is correct, rights are good
