Small Parts without rafts, clicking

Printer: Flashforge Creator Pro Dual
Material: PLA

I had a part from thingiverse that is a 1.75mm filament holders, built 10 at one time. Use the settings I had on another print, which included the raft.
I reloaded the part and muliplied it and selected no raft or support. when the print starts the head goes to the center of the build table and barely moves and has a lot of clicking and a wad of material forms between the nozzle and the bed. I have tried adjusting the starting height up to see if the head was dragging but it does not appear that the head is coming in contact with the table, I can go be to the replicator G that came with the printer and it prints OK but could only do one at a time, I have tried using either nozzle to do the build with the same results.

This is interesting, if you post a Factory File I'd like to look at it.
4) Factory files – a combined file to retain your entire project

Saving a Factory File picSimplify3D offers a unique way to save all the information about your project into one comprehensive file, known as a “Factory File”. The Factory File includes a copy of the 3D models that have been imported, their positions on the bed, your Process settings, and any custom support material that has been created.

Whenever you exit the Simplify3D Software, the state of the application is automatically saved so that you can easily resume where you left off the next time you open the program. There is no need to save a Factory File each time you close and reopen the program. However, there are other times you may want to save this file such as sharing your project with a friend or creating a back-up for personal use.

To save a Factory File: in the top menu bar, click File > Save Factory File As.
