Not sure how to fix this. There is no way I can get all letters sliced with the same number of perimeters.. No matter what i do i get some sliced with more perimeters than others.

There must be s setting i am missing!

Thank you for your help.

not really, it's more a faulty model. There's quite some errors and the whole slicing process seems to
be using single extrusions all the way.... netfabb reports dozens of shells and a non-closed surface on
the model. Also you can see the disappearing faces when rotating the model/camera inside s3d.

Windows 3d builder also reports this as defective but can't really fix it.

Any chance some wrong settings where selected when exporting this from cad/3d?

Edit:
Auto-repair on other slicers also fails trying to print this. Looking at the model there's no thickness to the outside walls,
that's just single faces as it seems... is this model the reason you're trying to print using an extrusion width of 0.25mm on a 0.4mm nozzle?

Thx for the investigation. This is part of a rc plane. Thin walls to make it lighter.

Was CAD in fusion 360. Without the writings it works great. Just trying to add the logo to the skin of the plane... A simple extruded sketch.

Does the unmodified file show any of the signs like "disappearing faces" when rotating? I remember someone having problems with
parts of a rc model recently here somewhere on the forum...

Thank you. Appreciated the effort. I thought it would be a simple slicing configuration matter. I see now the stl generation is the culprit.

I think I will take a different approach and try other ways to generate the part.
