filament cant out

hello.. im new in s3d..

i have troubleshooting with my replicator2, i cant print anything coz my filament cant' out.. anyone can solve it?

no, if i load or unload filament can out.. but if i print something filament wont out and after clean extruder nothing happen


Anyone, if i instal S3D on replicator2 the firmware must be change with sailfish or not??

I use it on a Rep2 with the stock firmware (NOT sailfish) and it works fine
