Filament Diameter and Extrusion Multiplier have no effect

I must be doing something wrong but I am printing on my Replicator 2 and too little material is coming out , changing the extrusion multiplier has not affect at all same with filament diameter I have changed it to 2.1 all the way down to 1.6 and nothing changes. I have measured my filament and it's 1.8mm but nothing helps. Are my changes not saving?

check the output gcode in a text viewer and compare the output gcode for the extruder and see if its different. ive never heard of the multiplier not working.

may be your Nozzle is parially blocked ?
