Simplify3D User Forum

Helo,

Since I bought Simplify 3D I had no issues with this software.
But this morning the software doesn't launch. I uninstall it but same issue nothing happen when I launch it.
I tried to run it in administrator, doesn't work.

Do you have some idea ?

Please try opening Windows Explorer and navigating to the following directory:

C:/Users/%USERNAME%/AppData/Local/Simplify3D/S3D-Software

You may need to enable hidden folders to access this directory. Once there, please try deleting the savedState.factory file, and then try opening Simplify3D again.
