Wall not full even if Infill is 100%

Hi everybody,
I try to print a small box for a electrical board, 10.5x3.5cm.
I‘ve the problem that the walls are not solid, even if
Infill Pattern is set to 100%. Tried to mark it on the attachment
Do you know what I‘m doing wrong?
Thanks in advance for your help
Markus

Re: Wall not full even if Infill is 100%

The gap is too small for infill.
If you want a solid part, I have better luck with 9999 bottom layers rather than using 100% infill.

On the advanced tab select "Allow Single Extrusion Fill" at internal wall type. Under single extrusions I have minimum printing width at 10% and maximum at 200%. That should take care of the gap in your walls.

It also looks like you have significant under-extrusion.
