So why when I print a part with wording on it S3D reveres the lettering on it. Everything is flipped over and backwards

Maybe a factory file and/or images of your description might be helpful. I happened to have your factory file from another
thread (viewtopic.php?f=8&t=15504) open - can't really say S3D is reversing/mirroring anything there...?!

Edit:
Just noticed something in your factory file from the other thread: Top view selected - origin is aligned at the top right corner.

G-Code settings - offset 0/0/0, homing direction minimum for all and flip x axis enabled.



Don't know what printer it is but this looks a bit strange. Maybe you'd like to check those settings and the machines homing behaviour?

Check the FLIP # AXIS settings. Normally there's flip Y and not flip X but looking at what you have you maybe just need to remove flip X
