so ever since I bought this software it prints fine but everything is printing and doing the "ender 5 printer" prime line on the wrong side it is all printing 90 degrees counter clockwise. anyone else seen this issue...any help is appreciated...thanks ahead

Could you post a Factory File or even just a screenshot of the Preview Mode so we can take a look at this? Some of the Creality machines use a vertical purge along the Y axis instead of a horizontal one along the X to try and avoid the binder clips.
