Simplify3D User Forum

Hello!

I bought just Simplify 3D recently, for my Raise3D E2, but cannot find the profile for it in its dropdown list. I checked this page: https://www.simplify3d.com/software/supported-printers/ prior to making my purchase, which claimed my printer was supported, and I've submitted a support ticket over a week ago that has still not received a response.

Could someone please send me the profile details so I can enter them myself? I'd really like to use the program I purchased.

Your printer has only recently been added to the supported list....so you'll need to request the settings file from Support.
