Slicer Adds Material

I've just started using Simplify3d as my slicer, and it is doing something I've never seen before. After slicing, there is material added that should not be there.
I've attached two pictures
PreSlice is what the part looks like coming out of Solidworks.
PostSlice shows the extra material.
I've sliced this part in Cura and ideamaker and neither one shows the same behavior. Any idea what I am doing wrong?
