1st Layer at .100 Microns

Hello Everyone:
I'm new to the forum and I'm excited to learn and help others as I did not even know this forum existed.
So, I'm trying to print something at .100 microns and I am having a hell of a time getting my first layer spot on at that measurement.
Does anyone have some tips? or some settings they'd be willing to share?
Any help is appreciated.
