Factory File don't open, Folder created instead

When I open a Factory File, instead of the models/processes loading, nothing happens.
When going to do so again, I've noticed a folder has been created in that previous files location with the same name as the Factory File, when clicking into that it has a 2 sub folders called Models and Processes.
I can import files fine, I need to open Factory Files however. All my files were working fine yesterday & to my knowledge nothing happened between now and then (no computer restarts or updates).
TIA for any help (I have had a search & deleted the AppData Saved State file just in case that worked however it did not).
