Bumps in my prints

Hey Simplify3d - Community,

I have an issue with my CR-10 MAX printing quality and need help! At the moment I am
printing a penguin and I noticed some bumps in my prints. These are tiny layer offsets which just
include a few 5 layers. I believe some of my settings are wrong.

Please take a look at the pictures to get a better view of my problem (I didn't remove the raft yet).
I also uploaded my FFF-Profile.
