Trouble with toplayer.

My top layers have been coarse for a few days, what could be the cause of this.
I don't remember changing anything in Simplify3D, my nozzle was clogged end I've replaced it with the same size.
Checked the extrusion rate and Esteps, 100mm printer is 100mm measured, so that is ok.
Hope someone can come up with a solution.
