HI

I have a ctc bizer printer. at the start of a print the printer does a line on the bed but when it goes to start the job
the bed drops about 5mm.

Are you using the stock profile for the CTC bizer? If not, can you upload your factory file so the members of the community can take a look at what you may need to change?
