Simplify3D User Forum

I hadn't used Simplify in a few months, since I upgrade to a new M1 Mac, but using it today for the first time, I'm having an issue of my model not showing up when I click "Prepare to Print"- the raft will show, but not the model, and the estimated print time will reflect this.
It works the first time I register the app, but if I try to print a second time, no model shows up, I have to reset all settings to get it back to working.
Is this a M1 issue or just a 4.1.2 version issue?

I've not heard of this specific issue being reported. Have you reached out to customer support yet to establish an official thread of communication with our team of engineers?
