Raft feature issue

I check the box and setup rafts however nothing shows in the preview and the raft does not print? What could cause this?

I just started having this issue last night. It does the outline and supports and such just fine - but suddenly there's no raft, even though I've got it checked. Uninstalled and reinstalled the software, deleted and recreated the profiles. No raft in preview or on the print. I would LOVE to hear someone's idea on this one.
