CR-10 MAX 3D Printer

Hello, i am new to 3D Printing, and i purchased the CR-10 MAX 3D Printer, at first the BL touch wasn't working so the z axis was to far away from the bed, Once i fixed that, the z-axis started jamming into the bed, and The BL touch doesnt come out to touch the bed before it james, anybody suggest on what i do, or know how to fix this problem?
