my build plate is glass and i broke a corner off. I modded my printer model stl to show that keep out area.

when i swap in the modded model, it's not centered. I did not touch/change any origins.


any thoughts?

You can import your model like you would a model for printing.
Then you can adjust the positioning to your liking.
Then you can export the model as ascii or binary STL and the new positioning details will be preserved.
Then you can repeat your original steps of importing as a bed model with the updated positioning data.
