Cant get items to align for dual extruder priting

Hi all having some really hard time getting items to align for dual extrusion printing
Printer: FlashForge Creator Pro
I grouped the items manually as the wizard was not able to align them. The part looks fine and aligned properly but when i click Prepare to Print it all gets shifted funny and not aligned anymore.
Whats going on?
