Can't print perpendicular walls correcly

I'm trying to print the following part on a Qidi X-Pro with ABS.
The external walls don't seem to print vertically (perpendicular). They seem to print more like a trapezoid. Auto-Configure is set to Medium with a few mods I've tried to resolve this issue.
Bed temp is 100 and extruder temp is 230.
Can someone help with getting this part to print correctly?
