Retraction before layer 1 starts

The issue I'm facing is that S3D sends a retraction command before it starts printing layer 1. If I do not use a skirt/brim then the first part of layer 1 is starved of filament. It is not part of my start script, it looks like S3D is putting the command in there.
How do I stop it from happening, this is forcing me to use a skirt/brim on every print. The G1 E-6.5 is part of Process1, how do I stop S3D from doing this. I know I can comment it out but I shouldn't have to, unnecessary post step.
