I noticed Creator can calculate the volume of an object (under the Mesh menu item)....Would it be possible to calculate a cost based on this sort of information?

Maybe make it customizable, but we know some stuff like a 1Kg spool of 1.75mm PLA costs around 46.00US paired with the volume or amount of material used to build a job...can we ascertain the estimated cost of a print?

In the last lines of the program it will tell you the build time and how many Cubic centimeters of material it will use.

I figure $.06 per cc in USD that will get you very close.

Cost estimations are now displayed in the preview window as of version 2.0
