Failed to execute post processing commands.

I am getting the following error message when trying to save to SD Card "Failed to execute post processing commands."

Can't work out what is wrong. using Version 4.1.2

Are you running Simplify3D as admin? Running as administrator should allow you to execute terminal commands when saving files to removable drives.

What does this mean exactly? I am on MB pro fully updated with same error S3d is unuseable!

You can try saving your g-code file to a local hard drive location such as your user's desktop. Then after it's been saved move it to a flash drive or SD card.
