My model is flat but is printed with legs?

here is how it looks with external thin walls settings set to perimeters only.

why is it printing the legs?

(Layer > First Layer Width %) First layer width is set to 150%.
(Advanced > Allowed Perimeter Overlap) Allowed perimeter overlap is set to 100%.

The combination of these two settings is allowing for the first layer to be printed as 4 separate single extrusions rather than overlapped perimeters. Set first layer width % to 100% and the first layer will mirror the following layers.
