Thick points at layer change

Hi guys,
since i use my new Artillery Sidewinder X1 an Simplify3D, i have thick points/lines on the walls of my prints (see attachment). I think this is, where the layer change happens. Anyone can give me an advice, which settings i have to adjust to reduce this? Estep and layer change is configured prefectly for the used filament.
