I removed one of the assigned licenses to the MacOS machine (connected to my printer), uninstalled, reinstalled Simplify3d-4.1.2, error continues. Contacted support. No response.

same error messages as all, just paid and tried to use software activation server not allowing, says I don't have Internet connection, but I'm using same internet to post this exact message, did I just waste 150?

The issue on my Mac turned out to be an old certificate bundle file. Here's the "history" of steps I took that fixed it for me:

It was tough to follow your instructions not being that great with the CMD prompt but I muddled my way through this and it worked for me after updating to 4.1.2. I ran into problems at the following step:

115155 Jan 27 09:52:35 cnd@/etc/ssl/certs sudo cp -a ~/Downloads/ca-bundle.crt .

Receiving the following error:

cp: ~Downloads/ca-bundle.crt: No such file or directory

Ultimately I pushed through and manually typed the directory in full after searching it out in Finder and it worked like a charm. About 45 minutes of learning to use the command prompt and 2 hours of reading the forums and I am back online after updating the program.

CND's Solution (although not quite as cut and paste for me as I would have liked) is verified as of 06 March 2022!

MAC OS Mojave 10.14.6
