More control over scaling and rotate

It would be useful if the scale and rotate tools had the option to manually specify the amount, especially the the scaling tool, further it would also be really nice if the scaling could allow x, y, and z scaling to be specified directly if for instance you needed to stretch a part to make it taller but the x and y dimensions are already fine
