Hello all, i am having this issue. First time i ever see it.
Printer seems to under extrude but in a weird uniform pattern. The under extrusion does not appera all over the print, but only in one side as you can see in the images.

Any ideas of what can be causing this?

This print looks like your retraction settings are tuned to be a bit too aggressive. The solutions found in this troubleshooting article are exactly the inverse of what you should do to fix this type of issue. Basically the same steps you would take to get rid of zits and blobs if done to an extreme will net you the result you're seeing in your print. Gaps near the layer change.
