Just would like to know if anybody is home? Is the company alive? or are we paying to some auto-self-maintaining system which could go down at anytime. Then we would loose access to the software because it could not connect to the server at some point.

Please give us a heartbeat. a pulse. nudge nudge.

I inquired about licensing for our school but did not get any reply so business lost and had to go with another software.

I have spoken to our support team and there currently are no outstanding requests for educational discounts. Did you use this area of our "contact us" page to submit your request?
