Support Material Issues

When I look at my support structure using the Support Generation pop out menu, everything looks fine. When I prepare to print the part, the support material changes and floats in mid air without touching my part and seems to be disjointed. What can I do to resolve this issue? I have attached the factory file also if that is helpful.

Re: Support Material Issues

When generating the support material for these holes, Simplify3D is trying to obey the Horizontal Offset From Part of 1mm. This effectively makes a 1mm thick "ring" in these (relatively) small holes where support material will not be placed, as the support at the very top and bottom of the holes still have model geometry on their left and right. Reducing the Horizontal Offset From Part will let the support material fill these holes much better.

Re: Support Material Issues

Modifying the horizontal offset as you suggested resolved the issue. Thank you.
