Tree style supports are a must have. When slicer discussions come up almost on a daily basis in the various online forums and chat rooms that I participate in the fact that Simplify3D does not have tree style supports is the main reason people are not using Simplify3D and prefer the free slicer Cura.

 Make this statement true:

"We work closely with customers to understand their unique needs and funnel their suggestions back into the software."

Simplify3D doesn't currently generate tree-like supports. Please add your interest in the mega thread already discussing this topic. viewtopic.php?f=23&t=1598

wow did you reference a request that has been since 2014 and still has not been implemented? it's only been 10 years since people started asking for tree support I know it takes time to siphon all our money to develop it. how is this not a thing 5.0 I was hoping was going to be a reboot of this slicer should have never wasted money on the upgrade if this isn't going to keep up with the times and techniques.

If you find out you are riding a dead horse, the best strategy is to dismount and get a new horse.

It looks like this topic was already many years old. There's been plenty of discussion since then about tree supports, so I would recommend using one of the newer threads to track interest in this feature instead of digging up old ones. Here's one of the newer threads I can suggest:
