Profiles

Been using simplify3d for 3 years now and 5 printers , just got an Voxelab Aquilla , and beforehand i checked the compability on simplify that stated they support this printer. But i cant find the printer in the list on the software.
I have version 4.1.2

Same here. I sent an email asking the way forward, but so far I haven't heard from them yet.

I had the same issue with my SR and was advise by 3djake to: "Please contact our support team with your account username or licensed email address. They can share the profile with you via email."
They got back to me with my machine profile after a week or so, if you didn't include the above information then maybe try again.
