Simplify3D User Forum

Hi all, i have just bought a new computer and am trying to install this program on the new one. it says that i already have simplify on to many computers, so i have done as said in the FAQ and uninstalled it om my old computer. this should have made it possible to install it on the new one. but i just keep getting the same message that it is installed on to many computers already.
anyone have any ideas, im a mac user.

Sign into your Account and deactivate the software from your old computer....then you'll be able to activate to your new machine.
