Is the License Server Down?

Im getting fed up of continually getting the 'no network' connection to validate my license. What an absolute crock.. and it seems to be getting worse/more frequent.
Ive tried wired/wireless. Restarted. Removed my current licenses from my account, Is this a common thing for anyone else working on Mac OS?
