Simplify3D Preview Mode issues

I am experiencing issues in Simplify3D Preview Mode (I have not printed the object yet). Please refer to the following attachments:
- bathtub_25.STL (subject file)
- 1 Creality Slicer.png (it seams there are no issues when viewed in Ender-3 clicer software);
- 2 Simplify3D - before repair.png (visible issues);
- 3 Simplify3D - after Repair Flipped Triangles.png (it seams there are no issues);
- 4 Simplify3D - Preview Mode1.png and 4 Simplify3D - Preview Mode2.png (visible issues).
Your advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
