Temperature on Monoprice Maker Select Plus is not setting right!

if you look at my settings below I have it set to 200 but the printer is only going to 190... I tested this with cura and some others and it does goto 200

U show bed temp. settings.
Add or choose temperature controller.
Choose extruder and set temperature.

are you using a custom start script?
