Random layer on top when 0.1mm selected

I'm not sure what is causing it, but now I get a random layer appearing on top (sometimes covering holes) when I set my resolution from 0.15 to 0.1mm. I have rolled back two versions of the S3D and still receiving the issue.
Some other models are also receiving an extra 1-2 layers on top on some random areas when height is set to 0.15mm, even if the model is perfectly flat, but works fine when layer height is 0.2mm

Looks like I fixed it. I set "Non-Manifold Segements" to "Discard"

yes, when you see something like this its always a problem with the model. sometimes you will see a hole filled or a random layer here and there or even very strange slicing patterns in some layers.

Yep, I agree. When things like this happen you can go to Repair > Identify non-manifold and it will highlight the triangles if there are some non manifold edges

I just ran into one of these a few days ago. I ran it through NetFabb and it fixed it.

For those of us that don't have NetFabb, it's really nice to run the Manifold fixes within Simplify3D.
Check Repair --> Identify Non Manifold Edges. Then discard them and get confirmation that the model has been fixed.
