CPU Hits 100% when click "Prepare to Print"

Anybody have this problem? Simplify3D was working just fine, printing dozens of models, but then I went to prepare a model to print and the CPU went nuts. It never finished preparing the small model which normally takes a minute. I tried the same model on other slicers and no problems.
Any ideas? What could be going wrong?
