How can I change print settings depending on layer height/ actual height in Cura?

I have a print that has a thick base that takes up the first 100 layers (or 10mm). It doesn’t need to be very precise or detailed, but the rest of the print does. If I remove the base, the print goes from 1 day 12 hours 49 minutes to just 15 hours 24 minutes. Is there any way to print this section with lower print quality so this I can actually finish the print (and its 8 other parts) before I lose motivation in the project?
