When I look at the g-code there over 100 lines of repetitious code between the ending script and the build summary. It looks like this:

M420 R0 E255 B42 P0
M300 S739 P187
G4 P187
M420 R0 E255 B42 P0
M300 S739 P187
G4 P187
M420 R0 E255 B42 P0
M300 S739 P187
G4 P187

It goes on and on...
M420 relates to bed leveling. I do not see any options for this in the process settings.
M300 relates to playing tones. I do not see any options for this in the process settings.
G4 is a dwell command. I do not see any options for this in the process settings.

Why are and how do these lines get into my g-code?

Please save a copy of your factory file and attach it. That way we can see all of the process settings being applied to your print.
