Could anyone suggest how to force brim to align to model more firmly ? It really touches the model only at the top brim's layer, so it is not stable enough.

What is your current Skirt offset from part?

Lower the number of skirt layers to 1-2. In my experience, that allows the skirt to be generated much closer to the part.
