Simplify3D User Forum

I just purchased a D600 pro recently and have owned simplify 3d for a couple years now for the Fusion F410 that I also have. I have reached out to support but have not received any feedback on how to get my current Version 4.1.2 able to print on the D600. I can not find a support number to call. Does anyone else have the file available?
