dual extruder distance settings

Hi
I build my own printer it has a core x y design and has 2 extruder on it and ım using the maker gear m2 dual configurations. I do all things same with the videos on the youtube and simplify but when printing with the second extruder it wasn't move enough it has to move 77.5mm ı changed the settings of machine from tools and g code from process it didn't work.
what is the problem , what ı'm missing ? do you have any idea ?
