Simplify3D User Forum

I'm connected to a Robo 3D R1+. It has been down a few months while I repaired it. When I try to jog any motor (X, Y, Z), the position indicators increment, but the motors don't move. Manually sending G1 codes produces the same results.

I can home all three axes (from screen and G28) and change fan speed with the slider/M106. There are no temperature readings nor can I set temps.

I've done updates for Windows and Simplify3D. No difference.

Any ideas where to start looking?
