Simplify3D User Forum

Maybe someone went through this before. I have a model which can be sliced fine in Cura. But Simplify3D generates some weird lines. It is supposed to be a smooth curve surface. A scaled up STL of the same model file may not generate such weird lines. What could be wrong? See attached picture.

I kind of sorted it out somewhat. It seems like it is a problem with the mesh. Not sure what problem it is. But when I remove some faces on either end and then slice it again, the problem will go away. What is weird is that if I scale the original file bigger or smaller, the problem can also go away too.
