How to set Acceleration and Jerk

I'm having major ghosting with my CR-10 Mini and can not find any settings for acceleration & jerk and I guess it has to be done using the scripts but I have no idea how to do that plus it would be nice to know what the default settings are so I know where to start from. Any help would be appreciated. FYI, I have checked the belt tensions and everything else mechanically and they are good.
