I am trying to print a 3D LabPrint Piper Cub. The part is single thin wall with bracing / struts inside the wing for support. I have not been able to get S3D to detect any of the bridging for the struts. It just shows the entire part as an exterior perimeter, including the interior struts. It makes a mess inside the part as it is not speeding up for bridging. I have the files they supplied but S3D will not open many of them or if it does every file has the same settings of 3 walls and 3 top and bottom layers.
Using LW-PLA (foaming), .4 nozzle, cooling manually turned on for bridging layers, .3 layer height per the files they supplied. using an Ender 5 that works well with Cura and Slic3r.
There also seems to be a lack of control for horizontal layers that occur between the top and bottom. It really seems it is all or nothing. Or am I supposed to keep splitting the processes and changing the settings turning top and bottom layers on and off?
Any tips or links would be helpful. i have been through the videos and troubleshooting sections. if there is a solution I have missed it.
