Bug: Speed/extrusion mult override misreporting

The speed and extrusion multiplier controls in the machine control panel (dial controls with numeric up/down) don't quite work correctly. I'm using Marlin+Ramps 1.4 btw. If you set the dial for print speed to 110, it correctly sets the print speed to 110%. Great. The control however remembers this value, even after the machine has reset. This means it will report 110% next time you start up, but the printer will have defaulted back to 100.
I think I'd prefer it to reset to 100, rather than trying to keep the printer at what ever multiplier I set, unless it's clearly the same printing "session".
